Yassir Ali is a Mixed Media Artist

Yassir Ali

Yassir Ali graduated in 1997 from the fine art Department of Sudan University for Science and Technology. Yassir is involved in many projects for Sudanese children such as the Nafage Art Workshop Abd elKarim Mirghani Cultural Center (AKMCC) Sudan since 1998 and he is also responsible for promoting manual work of the displaced poor and children left out of school at the Children’s Culture of AKMCC since 2000.

Commissions

Contributed in the design of all children’s culture projects of AKMCC (Volunteer).

2000 - 2002: Contributed in the design and implementation
         of all decorative and art work of the (Nubian House) in
         Karrima and (Merowi Camp) in Bagrawia area attached
         to the Italian Tourist Co, Sudan .

1998 - 2004: Design and implementation of number of
         works to various theatres, Sudan.

Video photographing all AKMCC occasions and celebrations.
