Arlette  Vandeneycken is a Fine Artist

Born in 1967, Arlette Vandeneycken lived in Belgium, Canada and Germany and since 2000 she has been living and working in Rwanda. Primarily a narrative and figurative painter, Arlette is passionate about daily life, people and nature. 

She is a member of the Rwandan association of visual artists, “Isoko Arts Rwanda” as well as the International Association of Art.

1997 - MA in Cultural Anthropology and Compared Linguistics, Tuebingen, Germany

Workshops in ceramics, etching and oïl painting in Belgium and Germany.

2009 - 1st price ‘Art for Peace’ of the Institute of National Museums of Rwanda
